The mother of four active children, ages twenty two to twenty nine and a Nana for three grandsons and one granddaughter, while running her own successful Incentive Loyalty and Event Management Firm, as well as a thriving horse business and a Keynote Speaker, Stephanie knows a thing or two about juggling priorities and keeping focused. Add to it a demanding horse show and trail riding hobby and a husband who carries a heavy work load in his own job, it is testament to how she handles life’s obstacles and challenges – with a “can do” attitude backed up by a “will do” posture .
Never one to say good is good enough, Stephanie lives life to the fullest. Having faced and triumphed over breast cancer 12 years ago, she has become even more aware of the precious commodities of time, family and love, while balancing a demanding career, and infuses those around her with a motivation to do better.
No stranger to a life of trials and tribulations, Stephanie manages to maintain not just a positive outlook, but a true love of people, her horses, her ranch, her family and the experiences she shares with all. There’s always room for one more friend at the table, and as such, Stephanie has learned to surround herself with the positive energies of those who share her principles and ethics. Colton was first introduced to horses and riding as a young boy, growing up on his family’s ranches in Watford, Ontario it has always been a family tradition. From 3 years of age, Colton began his riding in lead line barrels, he competed in youth events throughout North America with a dream of training and running futurity horses. Colton has always focused on horsemanship and making sure his horse connected with him so they would want to do their job rather than having to do it out of pressure! He was coached by a young age from several World Champions that quickly appreciated Colton’s passion and dedication to the sport. At the age of 16 he was given the opportunity to run his family’s special mare Alice Coachman who took him to the pay window at many events both in Canada and the US, this was enough to confirm for him that this is what he wanted to do for the rest of his life! Colton is a partner and resident trainer in his family business Reliable Horses, a company that specializes in training and connecting horse and riders. Colton’s priority is on building a solid foundation on his horses so that they understand basic fundamentals in succeeding both in and out of the arena. Colton’s dedication to becoming the best horseman he can be and his desire to help people have better relationships with their horses has never wavered. Today, Colton has helped many horses and riders, and he is committed more than ever to train honest broke horses and to help those aspiring to ride.
